Have any of you had to deal with unnecessary drama in your Chapter? How do you handle it?
It's got nothing to do with me, but I am the AP and will conceivably be WP next year. Thank God the AM is a retired Army officer. She's not going to stand for some of what went on last night..... |

That's one thing we do not have in my chapter. My ladies are all quiet, reserve, polite and professional. If we had drama, I might walk out. I hate drama!!!

Drama Is the reason I no longer attend Chapter.
The best thing that can be done is to talk to each problem member individually, go their home if necessary. After my last term you would have thought I was the problem instead of the one who kept tensions down and held the Chapter together and saw it move forward. |
