Have any of you had to deal with unnecessary drama in your Chapter? How do you handle it?
It's got nothing to do with me, but I am the AP and will conceivably be WP next year. Thank God the AM is a retired Army officer. She's not going to stand for some of what went on last night..... |

That's one thing we do not have in my chapter. My ladies are all quiet, reserve, polite and professional. If we had drama, I might walk out. I hate drama!!!

Drama
 Is the reason I no longer attend Chapter.The best thing that can be done is to talk to each problem member individually, go their home if necessary. After my last term you would have thought I was the problem instead of the one who kept tensions down and held the Chapter together and saw it move forward. |
