Hello Brothers and Sisters of Masonry. My wife is from Istanbul, Turkey and is considering joining the OES here in the states. She was curious if there is an OES lodge in Istanbul or anywhere in Turkey at all. Any guidance on this is appreciated.

Bro. Lewey

I had asked this in the International forum as well but figured it would be just as appropriate and may get more answers on the OES side.

Hello Bro Clint,

Incase you were not aware, the forum member who answered your original post on this subject is a Past Matron of the OES. She also provided a link. Her answer is probably as good an answer as you're going to get.

Fraternaly,

I understand that she is and I'm not really doubting her, I just wanted several opinions since sometimes in Europe, they do things a bit different. Also, like we have regular and irregular lodges here and abroad, in some states PHA is considered irregular, Grand Orient in France is considered irregular. I just wanted to make sure if anyone knew of any sort of OES branch in Europe or abroad that we don't know as much about.
