Lol...This is very interesting indeed. I was taught as an E.A. to "divest" myself of something. It was a charge given our group by our "protector". He instructed that we should be able to make a small contribution to the benefit of our health or lifestyle by ridding ourselves of some tendency or habit that we could certainly live without. He also instructed that we would be required to lay down something of greater importance and regard in our degrees to follow and this would be preparatory in doing so...(basically making sacrifices). He is not one to say without being an example, so in turn Our protector gave up smoking and still to this day I havent seen him with one in his hand. That was a lesson all in itself....most of us pondered about how to rid ourselves of these vices and superflueties and It was made simple by determination and perserverence.... Im not fat to begin with, but I have started my summer workout program trying to perfect my chubby ashlar...lol! I understand what you are sayin Bro.32....keep up the motivational attitude and the rest of you chubby brothers join me on the treadmill....WE ARE GOING THE ENTIRE 40 MILES.....IN HOCCCCCC!!!!!!

That picture with the skeleton is more like my body type but I would like to be built like a stone. Might have to wait til I turn 30. LOL
