Unfortunately, it looks like I've given my last copy away. When I was Master of my Lodge (2004), I gave a copy of this book to each of my officers ... that's how much I thought of it.

I'd suggest checking for it on Amazon.com. If you don't want to buy a new one, I'm sure there are used copies available.
