   Just a little note that after almost eight years of dormancy, Beaver Chapter in Vancouver, B.C. is operating again. The institution ceremony (technically, it is a new Chapter because it has been closed longer than five years) will take place Nov. 7th.

Ten members have been initiated and there are two more to go, with a few prospective members who hung around outside during the last meeting.

A couple of DeMolays have basically done all the work and a few of us old timers have come out of retirement to help with some of the bigger degree parts.
