I cant vote. I used two 2" vinyl decals and put them in each upper corner of the back glass. I think it looks great.

I put mine in the right side back window of my Chevy Silverado.
Left side: Long clear vinyl decal, "U.S. Coast Guard Retired"
Center (sliding window): ...nothing. (used to have a round decal: "Virginia Deer Hunters Asso." but it faded real bad.)
Right side: Masonic bumper sticker, "Proud to be an American, Proud to be a Mason", with the S&C in the middle.
Far right side: NRA sticker.

Mine is on the back window, bottom left corner. Most people in this area either have them there, or to the left of the license plate in the back.
i once saw a brother driving down route 46 and he had about seven to the left of the license plate in the back, and about seven to the right. His side was the left (blue lodge, RAM, R&SM, Templar, etc.) and the right was for (i'm assuming) his wife (OES, H of J, Daughters of Isis, etc.). I almost crashed looking lol

I don't have any sticker or emblems on my truck yet. I passed a guy a few months ago who had frosted stickers on his tail lights. Compass and square on the drivers side and Shrine on the passenger side. I didn't notice them until he put his brakes on.

I have a set of three plastic emblems: Masonic S&C, 32d Scottish Rite wings down(southern jurisdiction), and Shrine. They are in a line, in the bottom right-hand corner of my rear window. I also have a set on my wife's car. (We of course, drive each other's cars). I have seen those tail-light stickers, and I want a set!

Personally, I have no interest in putting a $5 bumper sticker on a $30K or 40k vehicle. On my next vehcile, which is expected over the next couple of months, I will be attaching my provincial masonic license plate.

I totally understand what you mean. Some of the items do look a bit out of place on a nicer vehicle, and was something that I considered as well.
Rather than putting bumper stickers, I searched and searched and found some nicer car badges that are somewhat low-key and don't cheapen the look of your nicer car. Also, this is part of why I opted for a single S&C badge rather than S&C, SR, OES, etc.
On the Jaguar's rear/left window, I put a badge with a black background and silver S&C/outer trim. On the BMW's rear/left window, I put a similar badge, but with a white background to match the car's exterior color. By selecting nicer car badges and those that (while they may not stand out as much) seem to blend into the look of the car, it preserves the car's look/style and yet still allows for you to be identified as a Mason.
Another option you may want to consider would be rather than round car badges, there are nicer metal S&C designs (not a round badge, but just a metal S&C) which would blend well with a nicer car.
If you'd like links to any of the items I mentioned here, let me know.

I am currently living overseas and have not attached any Masonic emblems, since it causes an American to stand out. I have never seen any European Masons display their emblems. When I do return to the U.S., I'll put them on my "hooptie" to the left side of the trunk.

I am going to get an official Masonic license plate (VA has about 12 different: Blue Lodge, OES, Prince Hall, Shrine, Scottish Rite, etc). Texas has received preliminary approval for an official plate, the sample is up on the internet. If enought Texas Masons agree to purchase one, the plate will go into production soon. Alabama has a Shrine plate, but no blue lodge plate.
I would like to see all 50 states, and DC have a Masonic license plate. If your state does not have one yet (Florida does not have a Masonic plate!), then contact your Grand Lodge and/or your local Dept of Motor vehicles and get them to authorize one.
BTW- The Grand Lodge of KY gets a $7 rebate on all Masonic tags sold!

On the lower left hand side of the tail gate on my F-150 I have a S&C emblem, Scottish Rite emblem and a York Rite emblem. A Masonic license plate is available in PA, but then I would have to give up my license plate with my amateur (ham) radio call sign. Wish I could have my call on a Masonic plate, but that's not possible.

I bought a car sticker, but it's still in my car...literally, in my glove compartment
I really just want to slap it at the back of my car with pride but my WM told me that's a bad idea, so I'd just wait till the moment is right.

Hello Brother,
It is my feelings that a Master Mason should apply his Masonic Light {Emblem} on the Rear Left side of the auto. Starting from the far left if on the trunk deck lid leaving room to apply emblems from your Appendant Bodies going from left to right. I also think placing on the left side of the rear window which is to reflect the owner and or driver of the vehicle is a Mason and placement to the left gives the motorist behind you clear view of the Emblems more so if you are broke down on the road the person driving by will not see your emblem if it is on the right side. Keep in mind that most emergency stops on the road typically you will pull to the right side shoulder which will leave the left side of the auto in clear view for any motorist driving by that may give assistance. |

Well actually we just got it approved. We should have them in March or April from what the people at the tag and licenses dept. just told me. For right now it is a design that they pick, which is a blue square and compass in the center of the tag. If we get a few more people obligated to buy them the GL will get to pick a design.
Thanks Tommy

That brings up a question though. Being there is no mutual recognition between the GL's do u think the PH masons will purchase a tag? I believe I was told they will be an additional 50 dollars. Just curious of ur thoughts. I guess it really doesn't make a difference. Just curious.

If given an opportunity to, most PHA masons I know will PROUDLY have a tag bearing the emblem of their profession. Most of em already have specialty tags from colleges and what not. However, if the additional loot is going to Mainstream GL, I don't think any of them will. But then again, I can't speak for all the PHA Masons of Alabama

No it isn't but a portion of the additional cost would go to the Mainstream GL and none of it to the PHGL. There is currently no mutual recognition between the two GL's in AL. I would doubt that the PH brothers would want to support a GL that doesn't even recognize them as brothers. Just my .02. That is why I was asking.
