This is a company run by brother masons, and support is very good.  As a subscriber of hosting services you have an online support center to enter tickets and recieve answers back within an hour or so.  The guarentee is 24 hours, but it is usually within 1 hour during normal business hours.  There is also a  phone number that you can call and speak to someone in the USA that can answer your questions and/or assist with problems.

The vast majority of hosting subscribers for Masonic Lodges are not high end web designers or web users, so they take special care when working with those folks to help make their experience as positive as possible.

Is this still offered? My Lodge has been looking to get a website set up, and ten bucks a month hosting is cheap enough to make even the most miserly PMs happy.

Yes it is; most Lodges don't have the need for the 9.95 account.  The 3.95 is the most popular one in Ohio.
