In PA, our Grand Master has given the OK to resume conferring the Entered Apprentice and Fellowcraft degrees, but not the Master Mason degree.  Degree work can resume September 1, 2020.  The WM, SW, JW and the candidate will wear a mask and white sterile gloves.  The WM and the candidate may remove their masks during the obligation if they feel comfortable doing that. It is also mandated that the JW and SW columns be covered in clear plastic wrap and the wrap changed every meeting.  The plastic wrap is to protect the column from being damaged by repeated cleanings with disinfectant. That's it for now.  I'll keep you posted regarding any other changes.

In Missouri, we are still shut down, for the most part. Waiting and hoping for news that let's us get on with our degree work and etc.

Our numbers with regard to the virus are pretty good in PA.  Positive cases are around the 3% level.  While we are slowly resuming our Masonic activities, restaurants and bars are still limited to 25% of capacity and you can only order alcohol with a meal, 3 drink maximum.  No sitting at the bar.  Everyone must wear masks in public places. One of my Masonic brothers owns the restaurant/bar just down the street from me and he is closed by his choice.  He says he can't open his kitchen with a 25% limit.

The Grand Master has given permission to resume conferring the Master Masons degree on Oct. 1, but only if all the officers and the candidate feel comfortable doing so.  Masks and gloves must be worn by all involved in the conferral.

Today is our Grand Communication. It has been cut from 3 days to one day. And to attend, you must submit an application as seating is limited to [I think] 200 hundred total. No visitors, no appendant bodies, no vendors. Also no voting, as not everyone can attend. I hope we get out of this soon, so we can meet, confer and move on.

We are now meeting at our regular schedule. But, since we are not doing anything ie: monthly breakfast, attending other Lodge meetings, doing charity work etc.] there is little to talk about or discuss.

Our ritual club is meeting but attendance is minimal.

Per our GM, still no degree work at all, and we have three men waiting and one more signing on this month.
