Is the Lodge on a Base and does the civilians population have access to it?

this sounds like the type of thing that an enterprising journalist for a extremist viewpoint would find very enlightening. especially if that journalist wishes to paint our fraternity in a negative view. NobleShabba, You along with many others have said the same thing, but I have lived here for some time and nothing is further from the truth.
