I'm not sure what going on around here. Due to the responsibilities of life I was not able to check-in on my usual internet huants for awhile, but since my return I have to say this forum is totally different from before. Some of the converstations that are taking place are just mind blowing. One of the discussions on in this sub-forum is getting a little rediculous . . . I've seen Ed on here a few times but where are the rest of the Mods and Admins?
All of the masonic forums seem to be hurting as of late, and this is most certainly not helping.

I agree. I note at least one area that represents a prime example of thread hijacking and has degenerated into as close to name-calling as one would see in a Masonic forum. I am concerned, perhaps even appalled. Seems there used to be a way of notifying the admins if a thread needed some wise counsel whispered; I don't see that. I've been waiting for edwmax to chime in.. Wonder where he is?

It's in post options.

I'm all for allowing discusions, even heated ones, to run their course. But when it's evident that a topic has clearly shifted away from the OP, or no longer has relevance to the purpose of the su-forum then it should be locked. Just my opinion.

sorry i was at Lodge meeting until about 10pm.      Which thread are you referring to?     ... If it is
' What would you like to see changed or improved'   .... That thread give me a headache just trying to catchup on today's post.     It's ALL 6 years old.

I figured something like that; you're usually right on top of things.
Thank you for your attention.

Admin:

This thread is locked.   If anyone has any further comments, send them to me by PM.

The reference problem is being handled.
