We are having a Super Bowl party at the Lodge.
What is everyone else doing and who are you picking.
I'd like to see the Falcons for a change. Smile

One of the lodges I belong to has in the past hosted Super Bowl parties but I did not hear of anything this year, which kind of surprised me what with our proximity to Boston and Foxborough.

I don't get into it that much, it's too hyped up for me. The guys I used to work with, that's all they talk about all year and you'd think their lives depended on whether the Boston teams win or lose. In 1967 when the Red Sox were in the World Series, my assistant principal died of a heart attack watching the first game, he got so excited over it. Don't tell the people around here or they're liable to throw molotov cocktails at my house, but I did feel kind of bad for Atlanta. To lose the way they did, it must be hard on them.

We had a small turn out due to major rain.  But we still had a really good time.
All but one in the room were rooting for the Falcons, so we were not real happy with the ending.
Yet no one lost any money on it. Yeah
There's always next year.

Now it's on to Daytona Week.  La La La  Go fast turn left.
